IRON MIND grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app or its content without permission.
All app design, branding, original quotes, text, graphics, and other content within IRON MIND are owned by IRON MIND unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
The quotes and motivational content provided in IRON MIND are for inspirational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to substitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
You are responsible for any quotes or content you create within the app. You agree not to create, store, or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly and yearly basis. Payments are processed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Apple App Store. IRON MIND does not process refunds directly.
IRON MIND is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if the app is misused.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
