By downloading, accessing, or using the HERO application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
HERO is a gamified self-improvement application that allows users to complete tasks, earn experience points (XP), gain rewards, and track progress. All features, including gamification elements, are provided for entertainment and motivational purposes only.
The App does not guarantee any specific real-life results, including but not limited to personal success, health improvement, discipline, or financial outcomes. All achievements within the App are virtual, and real-world results depend solely on the user's actions and commitment.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your health, safety, and well-being when performing any activities or tasks suggested by or tracked within the App. Always consult with a professional before starting new physical or mental health routines.
The App includes virtual items such as XP, coins, diamonds, and other rewards. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods outside the App. HERO reserves the right to modify, balance, or remove these items at any time without liability.
The App may offer paid features or subscriptions.
In case of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the app store's terms shall prevail regarding payment and subscription management.
All content within the App, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, icons, user interface, and code, is the exclusive property of HERO. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.
By submitting content (tasks, text, or images) to the App, you grant HERO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the App's features. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
By using HERO, you agree to receive push notifications and emails related to your progress, reminders, and App updates. You can manage these preferences in your device settings or via the unsubscribe link in emails.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HERO, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injuries or data loss, resulting from your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
